Prabhas Rebel shooting in Shamshabad temple

Young Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Rebel is currently being shot in Shamshabad in a temple. Few vital scenes are being filmed in the schedule and the movie has reached the last leg of shooting. The entire shooting will be completed with this schedule.

Rebel is a high voltage action thriller being directed by Raghava Lawrence and produced by J.Bhagwan and J. Pulla Rao on the banner of Sri Balaji Cine Media. Apart from direction, Lawrence is also handling the music direction job by providing tunes for the first time for a movie. And now, there has been buzz that Lawrence has also replaced cinematographer Ram Prasad for the film though official confirmation is not made yet.

Tamanna is playing the leading lady while Deeksha Seth is playing second fiddle to her.

Prabhas Desire To Play 'Indrajith' Character

Perhaps the only actor in Tollywood who has the right ammunition to give a fight to the likes of Mahesh Babu is Prabhas. This young rebel star has got that rugged and macho look mixed with the right kind of talent to score a string of blockbusters. Now, it is heard that the chances of Prabhas doing a mythological role look high.
Buzz is that Prabhas is likely to essay the character of Indrajith, son of Ravana, a young warrior with magical powers and especially the power of invisibility. In Ravana’s army, Indrajith is the only one with such powers. Now, it is heard that Mohan Babu is doing a film wherein he is essaying the role of Ravana. The announcement came long back.
Now, the time has come for the project to take off soon. Maybe Prabhas will be considered as Indrajith. The cine folks say their combo will be the perfect if everything goes as per plan. If that happens it will be interesting to see how Prabhas will deliver his dialogues in chaste Telugu without any accent.

Thaman out of Prabhas Rebel Movie

Music director SS Thaman has finally made an official announcement that he’s exiting from Prabhas’ starrer Rebel movie. The music director has decided to choose his micro blogging site Twitter to make this announcement. “My best wishes to music director Raghava Lawrence Gaaru :) for REBEL I wish the entire te@m good luck :) And I thank Lawrence master for giving me KANCHANA which was a very big hit in both the languages:) but I am officially out of REBEL :), Tweeted Thaman. Rebel movie director Raghava Lawrence would be now composing music for this film – for the second time in his career after 'Don' starring Nagarjuna. Sources say that contrasting perceptions between Raghava Larence and Thaman has led to the latter’s exit from the project. Rebel has been suffering from several rebellious issues ever since the movie hit the floors. Previously, Anushka backed out from the film and now its music director SS Thaman’s turn.

Prabhas in "Agneepath" remake

Young rebel star Prabhas has always been tagged as the perfect match for a hero with rugged looks, towering height and a muscular physique. While he has been the heartthrob for ladies, he has been the adrenaline rush for men. Now, it is heard that Prabhas is likely to do a remake from Bollywood.
News is that a top shot producer has been trying real hard to bag the remake rights of the Bollywood bumper hit 'Agneepath'. Now, it is heard that the producer is in talks with producer Karan Johar and if the deal goes through then Prabhas is likely to step into the shoes of Hrithik Roshan to do the lead role.
The original had legend Amitabh Bachchan in the lead and if all this works then this would be a highlight project in Prabhas's career. From a long time, Prabhas fans have been eager to see him in a role which is similar to 'Chatrapathi'. Let us hope this deal works and the news is true.

Prabhas With Katrina Kaif Under Shankers Direction

Superstars such as Chiranjeevi, Mahesh expressed their wish to act under the Shankar's direction.But no hero from Tollywood managed to rope in Shankar to direct his movie.If the sources are to be believed Prabas is going to bag that rare achievement.If the tri-lingual that Shankar is planning with Prabhas as hero in the Telugu version falls in place, Prabhas might play lead fiddle and he will romance none other than Katrina Kaif.
Though not very widely publicised in AP, director Shankar has plans to make a Telugu-Tamil-Malayalam tri-lingual with Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal, respectively.  The music for the film is by AR Rehman, and Katrina Kaif is the heroine in all the three versions.The film will be produced by Aascar Ravichandran. The movie is yet to be titled in Telugu and Jackie Chan will be seen in a pivotal role; In Tamil, the film is touted to be titled 'Thalaivan Irukkindran'.
It will be the biggest film in the career of 'Rebel' Prabhas.  Above all, he bagged a rare and infact prestigious opportunity working with Shankar.Romancing Katrina Kaif and AR Rehman tunes are big feathers and added bonus.

Rebel is the biggest budget movie in Prabhas career

Young Rebel Star Prabhas, Tamanna, Deekaha Seth starrer Rebel will commence its final schedule in from February 15 in Hyderabad. The entire shooting of the Rebel will be completed with this schedule.

Producers of the film J Bhagawan and J Pulla Rao informed that Rebel is so far the highest budget movie in Prabhas career. Director Raghava Lawrence seem to be confident on Rebel success who is informing that it’s a tailor made script for Prabhas.

Rebel is touted as a mass entertainer and Krishnam Raju is essaying a pivotal role in the film. Rebel is scheduled for a release for summer.
