Prabhas Film is Not Varadhi

Young Rebel Star Prabhas's forthcoming film directed by Koratala Siva is not titled Varadhi. Right from the launch of the film there is speculation on the web that the film is titled 'Vaaradhi' and now putting an end to the speculation a close source from the unit has informed that the makers of the film will announce the title soon. Pramod Uppalapati and Vamsi Krishna Reddy are jointly producing the film on UV Creations banner. Recently, the shooting 'Varadhi' is completed and currently the post production works are on. For the first time, Richa Gangopadhyay plays heroine opposite Prabhas in this action entertainer. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music.

Allu Sirish to reprise Prabhas in Tamil Mr. Perfect

When he launched SouthScope and made it one of the most interesting film magazines in India, they called him the perfect proprietor.  Allu Sirish, the younger son of Allu Aravind, is going to become a Mr. Perfect on screen now.  This yet another future actor from the Chiranjeevi camp is going to act in the Tamil remake of Mr. Perfect.

At a time when our actors are eager to make a mark in new towns, Sirish has sprung up a surprise by choosing to debut in a non-Telugu market.  It goes without saying that the actor will choose the best team with which to make the Kollywood foray.  It has been said since many months that Sirish was seriously considering acting.  Nobody, however, imagined that he will think out of box and test waters in the Tamil market.

Sirish, who shares facial features with his brother, Allu Arjun, is said to be grooming himself and preparing to make a dekko debut.  One is reminded of Vishal and Jiiva, who might have been Telugu stars, but who went on to become well-noted ones in Tamil.

Prabhas in Remake of Bhakta Kannapa

Rebel Star Krishnam Raju celebrated his birthday recently. He would like to remake 76’s classic flick “Bhakta Kannapa” with Young Rebel Star Prabhas.

Krishnam Raju has played lead role in Bhakta Kannapa under the direction of Babu. Vanisree is the female lead in this movie.

On Occasion of his birthday Krishnam Raju said that he likes his character designed by Lawrence in upcoming movie “Rebel”. He also said that the film is fully based on corruption in our society.

Krishnam Raju was very happy about Prabhas career that is increasing day by day beyond his expectations. So he likes to remake one of his favorite movies Bhakta Kannapa with Young Rebel Star in future.

Prabhas begins shooting for Vaaradhi climax

Young Rebel Star Prabhas starrer Vaaradhi film’s shoot is progressing in Kokapet and currently Prabhas is bashing up the goons for the climax part of the film in Hyderabad.

Vaaradhi is an action cum comedy entertainer being directed by writer turned director Koratala Shiva. Vaaradhi is being produced by Pramod Uppalapati and Vamsi Krishna Reddy under the banner of UV Creations banner. Vaaradhi is slated for a release in summer.

Meanwhile Prabhas is simultaneously shooting for Raghava Lawrence directed Rebel which is a mass entertainer.

Lawrence's Peace Trips Due to 'Rebel'

The multi-faceted Raghava Lawrence made a strong impact when he came up with ‘Kanchana’. He also scored few points as an actor in that. But right now, it is heard that he is going through few tensions and that has made him go for some peace trips.

Sources reveal Lawrence has been frequenting Mantralayam lately and is offering prayers. Buzz is that this is for the success of his new directorial venture ‘Rebel’ starring Prabhas. The film also has Krishnam Raju doing a key role and it is heard that Lawrence is getting peace by making these trips.

At a time when the Mahesh mania is ruling the Tollywood circuit, it is important that other heroes and directors also pull up their socks and create some equally good impact with their films. Let us wait to see if Mantralayam Raghavendra Swamy showers his blessings to Raghava Lawrence or not.

Rebel First Look for Sankranti

Finally some good news about Rebel movie. The producers plan to release the movie's First Look for Sankranthi (14th January 2012). The first look of the movie was earlier stated to be released on 23/10/2011, on Prabhas's birthday which did not happen. Let's hope the producers keep their word atleast now.

Rebel shooting is now going on in Bangkokand will get wrapped up by 12th of January and then prabhas will join Vaaradhi second schedule for 20 days. Final schedule of Rebel will be starting from first week of February and will go on till end of February. Audio launch will supposedly be in end of February and movie may be released in March (read it as April).

Prabhas 'Rebel' set for Ugadi release

Young Rebel Star Prabhas's upcoming Rebel under the direction of choreographer turned director Raghava Lawrence is being planned for the Telugu New Year, Ugadi (March 23).

The film which is progressing at a brisk pace has Tamanna and Deeksha Seth paired with the 'Varsham' star for the first time. An out and out commercial entertainer, Lawrence is aiming to show Prabhas in a new avatar.

The director is returning to direction in Telugu after the flop show, 'Don' with Nagarjuna. Veteran actor and Prabhas's uncle Krishnam Raju is playing an important role in the film.

Music sensation S S Thaman is composing for the film which is produced by J Pulla Rao and J Bhagawan on Balaji Cine Media Banner.

Prabhas is Eyeing Summer Hat-Trick

Prabhas is still being addressed as Young Rebel star by the media circles. But we can call him Rebel star as Krishnam Raju is too old to bear that tag. Prabhas has certainly surpassed Krishnam Raju as a hero by earning fans on his own in all the sections of audience.


Last two films of Prabhas were crucial for him as he experimented with his image and went against the tide. Darling and Mr. Perfect made him the favorite of family audiences. To break free from the flop spree, Prabhas moved away from mass-centric roles and has been rewarded with back to back summer hits.
Prabhas is eyeing a hat-trick summer hit with Rebel. This film is scheduled for release in the last week of March. Lawrence is the director of this film and he knows the pulse of common audience pretty well. His directorial ventures rarely failed at the box office and therefore Prabhas has more than a chance to register third hit during summer in a row.

The shooting of Young Rebel Star Prabhas latest movie titled ‘Varadhi’ is soon going to takes place at typical location that is famed as Maryada Ramanna set.

Movie unit is going to can some major sequences on lead pair starting from Jan 16at this place at Kokapet in capital city Hyderabad. Writer cum director Koratala Shiva is making his debut as director with Prabhas Varadhi. Anushka Shetty and Richa Gangopadhyaya are going to romance with darling Prabhas.

Prabhas in the lead role upcoming movie Vaaradhi in the direction of Writer Koratala Shiva is busy in shooting at brisk pace.Prabhas Vaaradhi unit to fly to Bangkok for filming vital scenes in the film.

The makers of the movie had wrapped up a schedule in Kokapet recently.Prabhas to sport a new slim look in Vaaradhi. Anushka is roped in as lady love of Prabhas in the film and Richa Gangopadhyay will be seen as second fiddle in the film.

Prabhas Role in Rebel Movie

Young Rebel Star Prabhas upcoming film titled Rebel under the direction of Raghava Lawrence is progressing in Hyderabad. While speaking to the media Lawrence says that, “Prabhas character shaped in such a way that it impresses upon the mass audience. He accept the beliefs and feels only struggle can yield results. Definitely mass audience like this character. Tamanna and Deeksha Seth also playing performance oriented roles which are an integral part of the story.”

Krishnam Raju will be seen in father role to Prabhas. Other cast includes Brahmanandam, Ali, Mukesh Rishi, Sayaji Shinde, Kelly Dorjee, Jayaprakash Reddy, Supreeth etc. SS thaman is composing the music for this film. Raghava Lawrence is directing the movie. J Bhagwan and J Pulla Rao are producing this movie under the Sri Balaji Cine Media Banner.

'Rebel' producer facing 'Orange' problems

Ram Charan's Orange sets a fine example for the producers to be cautious about increasing budget of their movie.  Orange producer Nagababu publicly admitted that he incurred losses due to over budget. He blamed director Bhaskar who reshot many scenes in the movie, which delayed the progress of the movie and increased the budget.

One more producer seems to be facing the same problem. Yes Prabhas's Rebel movie producers are facing the same problem. It's known to everybody that Director Lawrence giving troubles to the producers by creating fuss about trivial issues. He is the main reason for the movie to be delayed.

The movie is currently shooting in Bangkok. Now the latest update from movie unit is that Ramprasad,Director Of Photography, has joined Lawrence to trouble the producers.Whenever a shoot happens overseas, the crew takes most of the equipments on rent from there. We see even the junior artists being hired locally. This is done to keep budget in control.

Cinematographer is acting very stubborn while choosing his cameras. He got very costly cameras imported for this movie. Whenever the unit is moving for a foreign location he isacting very adamant to take all the equipment from Hyderabad which inturn increasing the budget of the movie.Producers don't seem to have their lessons learnt.If people responsible behave the way they have there is no reason why the budgets go haywire.
