Bahubali flies to China?

It is known that Mega director SS Rajamouli is contemplating on taking his Bahubali across the globe. To this effect, Bahubali remake rights in Chinese have been sold already.

The team wrapped up its first schedule shoot wherein some sequences were canned at Kurnool and the next schedule to begin from August 12th.

The director’s blockbuster ‘Eega’ was received superbly at the Shanghai Film Festival, and the distributors of China knew the worth of Rajamouli’s works then and there.

That’s what prompted Sobhu Yarlagadda, one of the producers of ‘Baahubali’ to look for a trading opportunity with Chinese. The dubbing rights were sold in Chinese and Rajamouli apparently becomes the first Tollywood to have explored an entirely new business domain for Telugu cinema.

Prabhas, Anushka and Rana are the main cast for ‘Baahubali.’ The movie is being produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under the banner of Arka Media Works. National award winner Sabu Cyril is the art director and soundtracks are being composed by MM Keeravani.
